Privacy Policy

• Account details you give us: name, email address, password, and your age and research-use acknowledgments.
• Order details: items requested, shipping address, payment method selected, and the payment receipt you upload.
• Content you create: community posts and reactions, saved items, blueprints, reading list, and sourcing requests.
• Basic technical data your browser sends when loading pages, used to keep the site running and secure.

We do not ask for medical records, diagnoses, or health history, and we ask that you do not share them in community posts or support messages.

• To operate your membership: check-in, member-only pages, saved blueprints, and rewards.
• To review, fulfill, and support your orders.
• To run community features and moderate them.
• To respond to your messages and access requests.
• To protect the Club against fraud, abuse, and security issues.

We do not sell member information, and we do not run advertising trackers.

Member accounts, orders, and community content are stored in the Club’s managed cloud database and file storage, which is hosted on our behalf by our platform provider. Access to stored data is restricted by per-member access rules, so members see their own records and the public parts of the community.

We share only what is needed to run the Club: our hosting and database provider, our payment link provider for orders paid that way, our email delivery provider for transactional messages, and shipping carriers for delivery. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We use your browser’s local storage and a session cookie to keep you checked in and to remember preferences such as your cart, saved items, and reading list. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Account and order records are kept while your membership is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for recordkeeping. Payment receipts are kept only as long as needed to verify and support the order. Community posts stay visible until you or a moderator remove them.

You can update your profile details from the member area, remove your own community posts, and ask us to export or delete your account data. Email concierge@tide-and-tonic.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Deleting your account removes your membership access; some order records may be retained where recordkeeping requires it.

The Club is limited to members 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

We use member authentication, per-member access rules on stored records, and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password. To report a security concern, email concierge@tide-and-tonic.com.
