Terms of Membership

Membership is private and granted by approval. You must be at least 21 years old, provide accurate information when requesting access, and keep your check-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

We may decline, suspend, or end a membership at our discretion — for example, for misuse of the platform, misrepresentation, or conduct that puts other members at risk.

Tide & Tonic products are for research purposes only. Not for human consumption or clinical use. The buyer is responsible for adhering to all local laws and regulations. Tide & Tonic is not a pharmacy and does not provide medical advice, prescriptions, or consultations.

Everything offered through the Club — products, The Architect, The Dose Desk, The Academy, The Editorial, and The Lounge — is provided for research and educational purposes only. Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food, and are not approved for human or veterinary use.

By placing an order you confirm you are acquiring materials for lawful research purposes and that you are solely responsible for their handling, storage, and lawful use.

You agree that you will not consume, inject, apply, or otherwise administer any product purchased from Tide & Tonic to yourself, another person, or an animal. If you do not follow that rule and consume these products, you do so entirely at your own risk and Tide & Tonic will not be held liable for any resulting injury, illness, loss, or legal consequence.

Nothing on this site is clinical advice. All medical decisions should be discussed with a licensed clinician who knows your history.

• Orders are reviewed manually after submission. Submitting an order is a request, not a confirmed sale.
• Payment is made through the manual methods shown at checkout (Venmo, Cash App, Square, Apple Cash). Follow the payment-note instructions exactly — incorrect notes can delay or cancel an order.
• Prices, shipping fees, and availability may change without notice. Stock states such as Low Stock and Pre-order are estimates.
• We may cancel any order we cannot fulfill or verify.

All items are final sale unless lost or damaged in transit. We do not offer refunds under any circumstance. If a product arrives damaged, or a shipment is confirmed lost, we will reship the affected items at no cost to you.

• Please record a video of yourself opening your package. Unedited unboxing video is required as proof for any damaged-item claim.
• Damaged-item claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery time shown by the carrier. Claims after 48 hours cannot be honored.
• Lost-package claims are handled once the carrier confirms the shipment is lost or undeliverable.
• Resolution for approved claims is a replacement shipment — never a refund.

Submit claims to concierge@tide-and-tonic.com with your order number, photos, and the unboxing video.

We guarantee our peptides are 99% purity. If a product is independently found to be less than 99% purity, we will issue a store credit in the amount of that peptide once the test report is reviewed. Purity claims are resolved with store credit only — not a refund.

The Lounge and other community spaces are for respectful discussion. Do not post medical advice presented as professional guidance, personal information about others, unlawful content, or commercial solicitation. We may remove content or revoke posting access.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us permission to display, store, and moderate that content within the Club so the community features can function.

The Tide & Tonic name, branding, written guides, blueprints, and page designs belong to the Club. You may use them for your personal research and reference, but not republish or resell them.

The platform and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that tool outputs, dosing calculations, or reference material are complete or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tide & Tonic Research Club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to it.
